PAELLA AND TAPAS CLASS - January 3, Saturday SOLD OUT
January 3 SATURDAY | 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM
Paella is a traditional Spanish dish, typically enjoyed in large gatherings—such as our paella & tapas class! This savory communal entrée combines the flavors of rice, stock , chicken, Spanish chorizo, mussels, shrimps, pimenton , saffron, and vegetables.
We will then prepare delicious accompanying tapas dishes including Croquetas de jamón y queso (ham and cheese croquettes) with Aioli, Ensaladilla Mixta, ( mesclun, tuna, tomatoes, artichokes, olives, hard-boiled eggs with sherry vinaigrette)and Jamón Serrano y Manchego (cheese) con Membrillo (quince jam) and Olive Oil and Lemon Yogurt Cake for dessert!
Please remember that this class is for adults 18 and above only.
Cancelling Classes and Refunds. Due to our advanced preparation for each class and the limited number of seats, we do not offer refunds or credits for whatever reason. If you cannot make it to the class, you are more than welcome to send someone in your place.
Large groups. Please note that we cap our registration of group bookings at 6 people. While we do accommodate the registration of 6 individuals in a group, we cannot guarantee that you will be grouped or will have a group entirely by yourselves. To ensure a smooth-flowing and practical class, we divide groups evenly. We will endeavor to put your group together always if we can. If you want to book a Private Event, you can email us here.
