Turn your hand to some of the wok’s other versatile cooking techniques, including steaming and pan frying, with mouthwatering dishes like Stir-Fried Chicken with Garlic, Sichuan Red Chili and Shiitake, Steamed Fish with Sesame and Oyster Mushrooms, Yangchow Fried Rice, and Scallion and Pork Steamed Dumplings with Chili Oil .
