Embarking on a culinary journey to learn the many delectable dishes that Italy has to offer, we start with Fritto Misto, fried battered calamari and artichoke with aioli, Risotto con Funghi (porcini mushrooms ) a classic Italian dish that showcases the perfect harmony between creamy Arborio rice and earthy mushrooms. Osso buco barolo tender beef shanks braised in a luscious sauce made with Barolo wine, aromatic vegetables, and fragrant herbs. And a surprise dessert you’ll be making from start to finish.
