CANCELLATION and refunds & other Policies

Refund Policy. We strive to provide our students with the best culinary education and experience possible. To maintain the quality of our courses and ensure fairness to both our students and instructors, we have implemented a no-refund policy or offer credits. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions:

Registration is open for all adults aged 18 years and over, except when stated otherwise. To avoid any disappointments please heed this policy before registering.

Registration Confirmation: Once you have registered and paid for a course, your seat in that particular class is confirmed. To maintain an optimal learning experience, our classes have limited seats available. By reserving a spot, you prevent others from joining that particular class, which may result in missed opportunities for them.

Incurred Costs: We incur various costs such as instructor fees, ingredient procurement, and administrative expenses based on the number of confirmed registrations. These costs are not refundable once your registration is confirmed.

Transferability: If you are unable to attend a class, you may transfer your registration to another person who meets the course requirements. However, any such transfer must be communicated to us at least 2 days before the scheduled class. For emergencies - on the day of class.

Exceptions: In exceptional cases such as medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, we may consider rescheduling requests on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Proper documentation may be required for such requests. In such cases, we offer the option to reschedule your enrollment to another available class within a specified timeframe (subject to availability).

We encourage you to carefully evaluate your schedule and commitment before registering for a class with us. By acknowledging and accepting our no-refund policy, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding our policy, please do not hesitate to contact us, we are here to assist you and provide any necessary clarification.

Please notify us via email at info@littlefoxkitchen.com.

Large groups. Please note, we cap our registration of group bookings to 6 people. While we do accommodate the registration of 6 individuals in a group, we can not guarantee that you will be grouped or will have a group entirely by yourselves. To ensure a smooth-flowing and practical class, we divide groups evenly. We will endeavor to put your group together always if we can. If you would like to book a Private Event you can email us here.

For Private and Corporate Events:    Please note private parties and corporate events require a  deposit to secure the space and chef instructor availability. We have a strict cancellation policy - as a small business, we are dependent on selling limited available days for an event. Policies will be included in the contract you sign.

Little Fox Kitchen reserves the right to cancel or change a class for any reason. Students will be contacted before the class start date and either issued a full refund or given a credit toward another class.

Q: i do not know how to cook. Will I still be able to enjoy a cooking class

A: Absolutely! Our classes are designed to be accessible to novices, enthusiasts, and those with no cooking experience at all. Our chef-instructors guide students at every step, making cooking enjoyable, regardless of skill level.

Q: can i bring my kid(s) to class with me?

A: Most classes, unless otherwise specified, are designed for adults- 18 and over. Some classes may allow teens ( 12-17 yrs old) to enroll and will specify the age. i.e. KNIFE SKILLS class.

Q:  Can I bring (drinking) alcohol to the class?

A:    You are more than welcome to bring your own wine or beer to class. In our regular cooking classes, any alcohol will be opened towards the end of class, while we enjoy our meal. (No spirits or liquor is allowed.)

Q: What do I need to bring to my cooking class?

A: Your curiosity, your talent, your innovation, and your appetite! We provide aprons, recipes, pens and takeout containers (if your class doesn’t gobble up all the goodies!)

Q: What should I wear to my cooking class?

A: You will be working with hot liquids and sharp tools during your class, so bear that in mind when selecting your clothing. Wear close-toed shoes for your safety. Above all, plan for comfort as you will be doing a lot of standing.

Q: Do you accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions?

A: It is understood that you have reviewed the class offerings and are aware of the dishes involved. Dishes are cooked and served family-style to be shared as a group - we can not unfortunately make changes to the menu. We do try our best to accommodate only if we can eliminate it in individual portions. We do not do substitutions.

Q: Do you host children’s birthday parties or classes?

A: We are sorry, we do not host children’s parties or classes.

Q:  I want to bring several friends (or people from my office), do you have corporate /private event options?

A:   Yes! email us at info@littlefoxkitchen.com for details.
