This series class, aptly titled "One Recipe Wonders," aims to demystify these culinary creations and empower aspiring cooks and bakers to master that one special recipe.

BEEF WELLINGTON -This retro classic was the posh meal in the 1960s that's making a comeback. With its layers of tender beef fillet, savory mushroom duxelles, and flaky puff pastry crust, it has long been considered a showstopper dish for special occasions. We will break down the seemingly complex steps involved in creating this culinary masterpiece and guide you through each stage to ensure success. And while we wait for beef wellingtons to bake, will be making homemade chocolate truffles, those luxurious chocolate treats that melt in your mouth with smooth ganache centers and delicate coatings of cocoa powder or chopped nuts.
