Explore the art and beauty of this ancient style of eating. The dishes that comprise a traditional Japanese "Bento" box are clean, healthy, and full of subtle complexity. You will learn how to create a menu of diverse and beautiful dishes as well as the delicate art of Bento composition. From making different kinds the fun and decorative Temari Sushi ( round rice ball sushi ) Japanese Salad with Roasted Sesame Dressing, Pork or Chicken Katsudon, over Japanese Fried Rice, and ready-made Mango and Green Tea Mochi for dessert.
Please remember that this class is for adults 18 and above only.
Cancelling Classes and Refunds. Due to our advanced preparation for each class and the limited number of seats, we do not offer refunds or credits for whatever reason. If you cannot make it to the class, you are more than welcome to send someone in your place.
Large groups. Please note that we cap our registration of group bookings at 6 people. While we do accommodate the registration of 6 individuals in a group, we cannot guarantee that you will be grouped or will have a group entirely by yourselves.
