Famed for its spicy and aromatic dishes, Thai cooking offers the best of both sweet and savory. As with other cultures, Thai food is meant to be shared socially. This class will introduce you to the essentials of Thai cooking and culture, featuring popular dishes such as Summer rolls ( rice paper, lettuce, glass noodles, carrots, cucumber, Thai basil, cilantro, mint and poached shrimp ) with Citrus Sweet dipping sauce. Pad Thai (stir-fried flat rice noodles, with sweet and sour tamarind chili sauce, shrimp, chicken, bean sprouts, carrots, cilantro and peanuts) ThaiGreen Curry with Chicken, (rich and aromatic coconut-based curry using cilantro and green chili curry paste with shrimp paste, peppers, tomatoes, broccoli, Asian eggplant )and Jasmine Rice, Papaya -Mango Salad with Citrus- Sweet and Spicy Dressing, (peanuts & crispy shallots, ) and Thai Ice Tea.

Cancelling Classes and Refunds. Due to the advanced preparation we do for each class and the limited number of seats - we do not offer refunds or credits for whatever reason. If you can not make it to the class, you are more than welcome to send someone in your place.
