Flour + water + eggs are all you need to make good pasta. Come and see how simple it is and how everyone can do it. We’ll start with learning to make a proper dough, techniques in kneading, and hand-cutting the sfoglia ( pasta sheet) to tagliatelle ribbons

Tagliatelle al Ragu ( ground beef, olive oil, onions, carrots, celery, tomato paste, milk, white wine) and Cavatelli with Arugula, Basil Pesto, Agnolotti with Ricotta and Walnut in Sage Butter and for dessert, Roasted Peaches with Honey Yogury & Crushed Amaretti Cookies.
