Moroccan cuisine is one of the most complex and flavorful in the world, join Chef Bryan Giron in this cooking class, where you will learn to make Zaalouk , the smoky grilled eggplant and tomato salad, we will serve this with ready-made flatbread. Learn to cook with a Moroccan tagine and prepare the aromatic flavors of cinnamon, preserved lemons, turmeric, and saffron, for Chicken Tagine with Herbed Couscous. The highlight of the class? – putting together Baklava, a layered dessert of wafer-thin, butter-soaked phyllo dough, crushed walnuts, and golden honey citrus syrup.
