Our chef instructor will guide you through making sweet and savory dishes that are simple to prepare and fit to feed a crowd, no stand mixer required. We’ll make Roasted Vegetable Strata, a savory bread pudding with fresh herbs and Gruyere cheese. Then we’ll move on to Dubliner Cheddar Soda Bread, a surprisingly easy and savory take on the Irish classic. We’ll finish with just-sweet-enough Lemon Blueberry Cake, a “one-bowl wonder” that you’ll want to make again and again at home.
