Go beyond brownies into the realm of decadent chocolate desserts in this hands-on pastry class! Our chef instructor, Jenny Belliveau, will be your guide as you prepare sumptuous Chocolate Bread Pudding with Bourbon Caramel Sauce. Next, we’ll take a nostalgic treat to the next level with S’Mores Ganache Tarts, set in a graham cracker crust & topped with a pillowy Toasted Meringue. Just in time for Valentine’s Day, we'll make heart-shaped Black Cocoa Sandwich Cookies, filled with Raspberry Crème. Everyone will go home with a box of the treats they’ve prepared in class!
Cancelling Classes and Refunds. Due to the advanced preparation we do for each class and the limited number of seats - we do not offer refunds or credits for whatever reason. If you can not make it to the class, you are more than welcome to send someone in your place.
