Teens Pastry Academy offers a unique and enriching experience for young aspiring bakers. Unlike traditional summer camps, this academy provides teenagers with the opportunity to delve into the art of pastry making in a setting that mirrors a professional pastry school class.

Participants not only learn the intricacies of baking but also gain hands-on experience using professional-grade tools. Included in the registration is a pastry tool kit (and recipe packet ) this ensures that each teen has access to the equipment needed to hone their skills and unleash their creativity in the kitchen. Students will learn baking ratios, different pastry doughs ( pâte sucrée, pate sablée ) making pastry cream, chocolate ganache, cakes, cookies, scones, and much more.

• Hands-on class/ workshop

• Pastry tool kit (scale, bench knife, pastry scraper, offset spatula, decorating icing tips, disposable pastry bags)

• Recipe Packet

• Apron

• Lunch
