Ravioli with Ricotta and Parmesan filling with Sage Butter, and getting hands-on techniques in grilling steak in Steak au Poivre ( NY Strip loin steak with pink, green peppercorn  cream sauce)   and a quick saut√© lesson in French Beans with Hazelnuts and Mushrooms . And after dinner, relax with luscious ready made Chocolate Meringue Tarts.
