Take a pass on the crowds and expense of the traditional Valentine’s hot spots and treat your sweetheart to an enchanting evening celebrating your love through food. Work together (alongside other couples and our chef instructor) in this semi-hands-on class to whip up this decadent, delicious feast. The menu starts with the elegant Potage Crecy with Crème Fraiche (puree of carrots, leeks, stock, fresh thyme and cream) continues into Grilled Hanger Steak with Burgundy and Shallot Reduction Sauce , Charred Raddichio, Mesclun with Pancetta and Poached Egg, Yorkshire Pudding with Spicy Tomato Jam, and Chocolate Pot de Crème with Grand Marnier Crème Chantilly .
