We focus on an all hands-on cooking event with making Paella Valenciana from scratch . And learn techniques on shaping croquettes with Croquetas with Bacon and Spanish Cheese.
We sit back and relax and nibble on ready-made edible bites of Patatas Bravas ( double fried potatoes with tomato sauce and garlic aioli ) and Albondigas en Salsa con Picada and Almendras (spanish pork and beef meatballs simmered in white wine reduction and almonds ) and finally for dessert Crema Catalana (lemon infused custard with sugar brûlèe on top )
