Take a pass on the crowds and expense of the traditional Valentine’s hot spots and treat your sweetheart to an enchanting evening celebrating your love through food. Work together (alongside other couples and our chef instructor) in this semi-hands-on class to whip up this decadent, delicious feast. Start the evening by making Gnocchi with Wild Mushroom, Sage, and Truffle Brown Butter and getting hands-on techniques in grilling steak in Steak au Poivre ( NY Strip loin steak with pink, green peppercorn cream sauce) and Warm Goat Cheese Salad with Grilled Olive Bread. After dinner, relax with luscious, ready-made Chocolate Pots de Crème.
