Join us in the kitchen for a warm, hands-on evening inspired by the flavors of southern France. We’ll begin the class by gathering around a Provençal Tapenade bar, sampling a selection of olive-forward spreads and nibbles—the perfect way to settle in, sip, and set the tone for the evening.
From there, we’ll cook together and prepare a classic French menu: Coq au Vin, gently braised until tender and deeply flavorful; Noisette Potatoes, golden and buttery with crisp edges; and a rustic Clafoutis aux Cerises, a beloved cherry dessert that’s both simple and elegant.
