Fish and seafood are known to be some of the healthiest foods available with their omega-3 fatty acids, high-quality proteins, and abundance of vitamins and minerals. But many people are not well-versed in the best ways to prepare these nutritional powerhouses. Join us to explore fish and seafood—a delicious and healthy way to treat your brain, heart… and stomach!  The menu includes Baked Cedar Plank Dijon Salmon fillet with truffle oil, Flounder en Papillote (poached white fish in fennel broth, red bell pepper, new potatoes, ) parchment parcel), Sea Bass with Ginger Soy Glaze, and a classic Bouillabaisse (traditional fish stew featuring cockles, mussels, monkfish and shrimp broth), served with grilled bread and Oysters Mignonette. ( learn to shuck an oyster!)
