Does your junior teen love to play mad scientist in the kitchen? In this course, teens will get hands-on cooking experience and cover fundamentals such as basic knife skills, the importance of technique over reading a recipe, measuring and mixing, and of course, kitchen safety. Best of all, we’ll dive into the fun scientific details of what actually occurs during the cooking and baking process. On the last day of camp, teens will utilize what they have learned all week in a secret pantry style challenge.
