This is a family all cooks class! Come and bring the *kids for a special Saturday night. We will be melting cheese (gruyere and emmenthal ) and dipping crusty bread for our Fromage Fondue. And simmering our beef cubes to perfection whipping up all the sauces ( tartar, curry-mayo, aioli, béarnaise sauce) for our Fondue Bouef Bourguignonne . And finally, dessert! - dipping fruits in a warm melting pot of fine Swiss chocolate in Chocolate Fondue!
*Because we have pretty high prep tables - children accompanied by adults must be aged 10 and up).
