In this course, teens will get hands-on cooking experience and cover fundamentals such as basic knife skills, the importance of technique over reading a recipe, measuring and mixing, and of course, kitchen safety…all these while exploring and learning to cook from world cuisines. from making Handmade Pasta for Ragu Bologenese ( Italy) to French Profiteroles ( French) to Burritos Enchiladas (Mexican ) to Spring Rolls ( Asia) and many more.

This is a 3 -day cooking and baking workshop.

Teens age 10 - 17 years old.
