Bring the family together around a round pizza . From dough to pie we will be shaping, swirling and topping to put together both pizze rosse ( tomato based) and pizze bianchi ( white sauce based ) and a dessert pie!
Pizza Capriciosa ( tomato sauce, proscuitto cotto , mushrooms, gaeta olives, marinated artichokes and fresh mozzarella) San Martino ( fresh mozarella, fontina , mushrooms, Italian sweet sausage with Grana Padano. and Banana , Nutella, Dark Chocolate and Caramel sauce Pie
Children age 8 and up can attend the class accompanied by a participating adult .
