Some recipes carry an irresistible mystique—like one-hit-wonder songs that capture us with a single, unforgettable melody. In our “One Recipe Wonders” series, we’ll take those seemingly intimidating dishes and show you just how approachable (and fun!) they can be.
This session is all about the soufflé—both sweet and savory. You’ll master the art of whipping eggs into airy perfection and create a decadent Dark Chocolate Soufflé. As a bonus, we’ll also craft a silky Crème Anglaise (Vanilla Custard Cream) and a comforting Soufflé au Fromage (Cheese Soufflé).
No whispers in this kitchen—just plenty of whisking, laughter, and the satisfaction of turning a “posh” recipe into something you can proudly recreate at home. Come whisk, bake, and rise to the occasion!
Please remember that this class is for adults 18 and above only.
Cancelling Classes and Refunds. Due to our advanced preparation for each class and the limited number of seats, we do not offer refunds or credits for whatever reason. If you cannot make it to the class, you are more than welcome to send someone in your place.
Large groups. Please note that we cap our registration of group bookings at 6 people. While we do accommodate the registration of 6 individuals in a group, we cannot guarantee that you will be grouped or will have a group entirely by yourselves.
