You’ll work with a curated selection of cured meats, cheeses, fresh and dried fruits, nuts and honey, and accompaniments as you learn the principles of composition, texture, and color. Step by step, we’ll guide you through selecting ingredients, folding and arranging charcuterie meats, pairing cheeses, and creating visual flow so your board looks as good as it tastes.

By the end of the class, you’ll leave with your own beautifully assembled charcuterie board—and the confidence to recreate it at home for any occasion.
