Much like our popular Handmade Pasta class, you'll learn to make fresh pasta completely from scratch. This time, we'll incorporate natural colors and flavors to create beautiful and delicious pasta, from vibrant red tagliatelle ribbons to spinach lasagna sheets and even a sweet dessert pasta, Spanish Red Pimentón Tagliatelle with Chorizo, Spinach Lasagna - Bologna Style, Chocolate Mille-Feuille with Ricotta, Mascarpone & Raspberry Coulis. Along the way, you'll learn techniques for mixing, rolling, and shaping colored pasta dough while discovering how color and flavor can transform fresh pasta into an edible work of art.
