Whether you’re a novice baker or eager to enhance your bread-making skills, this hands-on class equips you with the knowledge and confidence to start making delicious bread at home. This baking class provides step-by-step instructions for mixing, folding, and baking classic bread varieties such as Focaccia with Rosemary and Kalamata Olives, French Boule, Cranberry and Dark Chocolate Loaf. Finally, a Sourdough Bread, which you’ll begin making in school and take home to bake.
Throughout the class, you’ll learn essential techniques using both instant yeast and pre-ferments, covering proofing, shaping, fermenting, and finally baking to achieve the perfect crust and crumb.
The class is limited to 10 participants, ensuring an intimate and personalized learning experience.
