Whether you're a beginner baker or looking to expand your bread-making skills, this hands-on class will give you the knowledge and confidence to start making delicious homemade bread at home. This cooking class will teach you step-by-step instructions for mixing, folding, and baking classic bread varieties like French Country White Loaf, Cranberry and Chocolate Boule, and a Basic Sourdough Bread you will begin to make in school but take home to bake!
You'll learn essential techniques like proofing yeast, shaping dough, and achieving the perfect crust and crumb.
