Have you ever wanted to prepare picture-perfect bakery tarts, but didn’t know where to begin? Our Chef Instructor guide you through how to bake, assemble and finish Instagram-worthy tarts that are as beautiful as they are delicious. On the menu: Luxurious and deceptively simple Chocolate & Caramel Tarts with a graham crust. Next we’ll prepare two tarts using Pate Sucrée (sweet pastry dough) as our base: classic Lemon Meringue Tarts and Frangipane Tarts, with tart cherries and dreamy almond cream. Everyone will go home with a box of the treats they’ve prepared in class!
Children 14+ OK when accompanied by a paying adult
