Much like our popular Handmade Pasta class, we will be making pasta from scratch. This time incorporating colors ( and flavor) to make beautiful and delicious pasta from red tagliatelle ( ribbon), the candy-shaped caramelle to spinach lasagna sheets. On the menu Spanish Red Pimenton Tagliatelle with Chorizo, Spinach Lasagna  Bologna Style, and a dessert pasta! Chocolate Mille Feuille with Ricotta & Mascarpone and Raspberry Coulis.
