Tapas in Spain are ingrained in the culture. It's an adventure of many different foods and flavors packed into small bites. Made to be enjoyed while having a drink at the bar or having an evening cafe on the patio. The idea is to have a wide variety of these bites and to share them among guests. They can come as simple or as intricate, but some classic tapas have lived in grandma’s kitchens and small local bars all over Spain for years.
