Scones have been A Butter Life’s best-selling pastry since Jenny Belliveau opened her bakery in 2018. In this hands-on class, Jenny will take you through her techniques for making these tender, flaky and flavorful pastries—perfect for breakfast, brunch or afternoon tea. You’ll learn to mix and shape dough, how to add flavor with spices, dried fruits & chocolate, and helpful tips for serving and storing. Everyone will go home with a box of the treats they’ve made in class!
Teens aged 14 and up can register for the class accompanied by a paying adult.
