Flour + water + eggs is all you really need to make good pasta. Come and see how how simple it is and how everyone can do it. We’ll start with learning to make a proper dough , techniques in kneading , and hand-cutting the sfolgia ( pasta sheet) to tagliatele ribbons
Tagliatelle al Ragu ( ground beef , olive oil, onions, carrots, celery, tomato paste, milk, white wine) and Orecchiette with Arugula Pesto and Ricotta and Walnut Ravioli with Sage Butter Sauce and Olive Oil Cake with Lemon Iced Glaze and Raspberries for dessert.
