Treat Mom to a tea party! We start off with a hands-on baking lesson -making rich, buttery and flaky scones. We’ll pop them into the oven, and while still warm slather with Devonshire cream and dollops of jam and preserves. We’ll whip some fruit butters like raspberry and orange peel. And have ready-made, chef prepared tea treats Mini Pavlova with Lemon Curd and Berries, and finger sandwiches of Roast Beef Filet with Dijon Mustard Tarragon Cream, Crisp Watercress and Curry Egg Salad Mini Sandwiches and Smoked Salmon on Blinis with Crème Fraîche and Caviar. And pots and pots of tea!
