Celebrate mother’s day with a special handmade pasta cooking class!
It’s a relaxing evening where we focus primarily on making handmade pasta (papardelle) . We then go on to join the chef at the stove and finish the slow braised Veal, Lamb and Beef Ragu with Caramelized Red Cabbage and Shaved Pecorino, assemble the Grilled Asparagus with Extra Virgin Olive oil, Prosciutto, Parmigianino – Reggiano and Aged Balsamic Vinegar and do the finishing touches on the Lemon Sage Panna Cotta with Crumbled Candy Honeycomb.
