The vast tropical environment boasts a luscious food history mingling bold ingredients and aromatic spices, lemongrass, fish sauces, shrimp paste, coconut milk, and so much more! Practice some of the more common cooking methods of Southeast Asia to construct deeply flavorful dishes representative of the region such as savory Crab Fried Spring Rolls with Sweet and Chili Sauce, spicy Singapore Coffee Braised Ribs (pan fried pork ribs quick braised with aromatic five-spice powder & coffee , chili and lime sauce ), fragrant Nasi Goreng (stir fried rice, chicken, shrimps, kecap manis (sweet soy sauce) onions, chili paste, garlic, charred tomatoes, fried egg, omelet and crispy shallots. Finish off your palate-pleasing feast with a refreshing glass of Calamansi Honey Spritzer (a cool lemonade-like citrus juice) and Fried Bananas with Sesame Seeds Purple Yam ice cream for dessert!
