Pan-Fried Sea Bass with Salad of Oranges, Red Onion , Capers and Black Olives , Smoked Eggplant Dip with Saffron, Caramelized Onions and Labneh, Turkish Bulghur Salad ( bulghur, tomatoes, parsley, aleppo pepper, bell peppers), Vegetables Gratin with Pisto ( onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, garlic, zucchini, smoky paprika , pesto) and Spiced Poached Pears in Sabayon Sauce.
