Basic knife skills not only guarantee kitchen safety, but help skilled home chefs improve prep time, ensure even cooking, and boost food presentation. Our chef instructor will concentrate on the three kitchen knives essential for gourmands: paring, chef knife, and serrated knife. 

Learn proper knife handling and cutting techniques including how to mince, slice, dice, julienne, chiffonade, and brunoise. We will be using the fresh cut vegetables and making a delectable vegetable soup after to have as a simple meal.

Teens age 14- 17 years old may enroll in this class. Kindly inform us so we can send you a consent form.
