Let’s rock and roll! Once you’ve mastered the techniques of crafting perfect rolls and dumplings, there’s no limit to the delicious bites you can create. We’ll prepare a wide variety of fillings and teach you how to choose the perfect wrapper for each, from wontons to rice paper rolls to spring roll wrappers. From there we will steam, pan-fry, and bake, showing you all the skills you need to achieve dumpling perfection.
Shrimp Shu-mai ( shrimp, shiitake mushrooms, sesame oil, scallions) Pan-Fried Vegetable Gyoza ( cabbage, garlic, carrots, with Black Vinegar and Chili Sauce, Vietnamese Summer Rolls ( rice paper, shrimp, vermicelli glass noodles, lettuce, mint, cilantro) with a Peanut-Tamarind-Garlic Dipping Sauce, Lumpia ( fried spring roll filled with ground pork, water chestnuts, carrots, rice wine, soy sauce & sesame oil) with Sweet & Sour Chili Sauce
