Join Kathryn for this fun hands-on class to practice making the batter and piping the cookies, discuss baking techniques, and learn how to fill (and store) these delicious trendy but traditional delights. To celebrate St. Patricks Day we will be doing: Mint Ganache, Lime Ganache, Matcha Ganache, Basil Ganache.
Teens age 14 years old and up can take this class. (We will require parents to sign a permission and waiver form )
