This all vegetarian class explores fragrant spices like turmeric, mustard seeds, fenugreek, to making fresh and aromatic curry pastes - pestle pounded lemongrass , chilies, ginger , kaffir lime and coriander.……flavors to spike the tongue and warm the tummy these winter nights. We will also learn to make the soft and pillowy Roti ( Indian flatbread) to sop up all that delicious flavor. And after the warmth , we’ll cool ourselves with freshly made mango lassi .
