One of the most important skill to have in the kitchen is basic knife skills. In this class we will concentrate on the three kitchen knives essential for gourmands: paring, chef knife, and serrated knife.
You will learn to cut, mince, dice, slice, julienne , chiffonade ; and how to prepare an avocado safely! . You’ll gather all these skills to culminate withthe class preparing Guacamole with Fresh Tortilla Chips , Fresh Salsa and a Cucumber, Strawberry Limeade Mint Spritzer
