It is all chocolate this evening, from a velvety drink in Churros con Chocolate, to the punch in Bison Smoked Ancho Chili. We’ll also be making the classic Chocolate Soufflé and to flavor fresh pasta in Fried Chocolate Pasta with Vanilla Ice Cream and Raspberry Coulis.
